Experience that matters…

The Recademy is led by Dave Lewis and built on more than 25 years of experience developing recruiters, managers and leaders.

Dave began his career in recruitment before moving into learning and development, including senior roles at Reed and as Dean and Director of Reed Business School. He has also worked on university-accredited recruitment qualifications.

For the past 21 years, he has worked with recruitment businesses to design and deliver training and coaching programmes that improve real, day-to-day performance.

It’s experience that started as a consultant and evolved into designing and delivering countless development programmes to thousands of recruiters.

More importantly, this work has created deep exposure to hundreds of teams across different markets, models and maturity levels.

That breadth matters, because it creates judgement rather than guesswork.

It allows us to:

  • Identify what’s genuinely holding performance back

  • Cut through symptoms to the real issues

  • Adapt development to the context in front of us, not a generic framework
