Group training
Group training is designed for recruitment teams that want targeted development around specific skills, challenges or performance issues.
Sessions are practical, interactive and focused on application rather than theory, helping teams improve how they operate day to day.
This option works best where a full Recademy isn’t required, but focused development would create immediate impact.
When group training works best
Teams with a specific performance or capability gap
Businesses addressing issues such as BD reluctance, inconsistent process or poor conversion
Teams needing a skills reset or reinforcement
Organisations looking to align standards across a group
Training can be delivered as single sessions or short programmes, depending on need.
In-company
Most group training is delivered live and onsite, working directly with your team.
Content is shaped around your business, market and experience levels, ensuring sessions stay commercially grounded and immediately relevant to the work your team is doing now.
Programmes are typically focused on practical skill and mindset gaps across areas such as the placement process, business development, and management or leadership.
Public programmes
Alongside in-company delivery, some group training programmes are also run on a public basis over Zoom.
These sessions bring together delegates from different organisations and follow a defined agenda, making them suitable for individuals or small numbers who want structured development without committing to a full in-house programme.
Next steps
Every group training engagement starts with a conversation.
We’ll talk through your objectives, challenges and team structure, then confirm whether group training is the right option and how it should be shaped to deliver the most impact.
If group training isn’t the best fit, we’ll say so.
